Has Potential

I wanted the Wyze Smart Bolt Lock to match my other Wyze products, but it was out of stock. I chose the Phillips lock instead. That was a mistake. Installation was a hassle. I had to buy a spade bit to deepen a hole for the strike plate. The product includes a collar for a flush mount as well as additional parts for ensuring you have the perfect fit for any door. The lock plate in the manual didn't match what was in the box, complicating the wiring. After drilling and installing, I set it up. Immediately, I noticed issues. The piston stuck when I locked the door manually, and it triggered the alarm when I tried to unlock it. The lock stuttered and jammed repeatedly. The touch screen failed to respond, and the auto-lock feature didn't work. It could be a good product if it worked. Now, I'm waiting for a replacement from Phillips, dealing with their tedious process of providing videos and model information.
