A nice bag. Attractive, but not flashy. Roomy. Lots of pockets and sections to organize our items efficiently. Being that it's white it is easy to find what your looking for vs a black or darker colored bag. This is one of those cases where the photo of and the received product match. Good job!

Great for a personal item bag

I bought this on a whim. I usually use a PacSafe Vibe 28L as my under-seat personal item, but for $20, I gave this a shot. I was amazed that it held more than my 28L bag. Measuring 17.1" x 11.4" x 7.5" (the Vibe is 18.5 x 12.2 x 8.3 inches), it is within range for most US domestic airlines' personal item sizes, so this bag works great for me. The Vibe is slightly larger, but the way I pack this Joyway lets me pack more than the Vibe holds (with room to spare). It's not a high-quality bag, so it will not last too awfully long depending on your use, but I have used this a couple of dozen times so far, and it's holding up pretty well. I was not a fan of the shoulder strap (super basic with no padding), so I replaced it with one from another bag I don't use. For the price, this is a great budget option for budget airlines.
