super good

I'm a dancer and noticed that with age my knees began to hurt, so I read up on a vitamin needed for joint health, and this popped up. I tried the raspberry lemonade and love it! I tried this one with no flavor, but it has apple cider vinegar. I add it to my Ovaltine and whole milk-it is amazing. My friends and fam noticed my hair was getting long FAST! This actually causes my hair to grow beautifully!

I rather use collagen powders. However, I would forget to drink it in the morning. I went back to capsules take all my supplements as soon as I wake up.
