Instructions
Instructions for Cold Therapy: Keep the sleeve in the provided clear plastic freezer bag or use your own and place it in the freezer for at least two hours. After two hours, remove the Ice Pack from the freezer and test its temperature. If it is too cold to comfortably place on the desired area, let it sit out until it reaches your desired temperature. Once it is at your desired temperature, place the Ice Pack on the desired area.

This is my second TheraIce product- and also now my favorite. I struggle with inflammation in my hips, especially at night because I'm a side sleeper who refuses to turn lol. Do not freeze it without putting it in the bag- I've yet to do it but I can't imagine fridge smell is nice. It's a really good size, and covers my torso almost all the way when it's long ways. IT IS HEAVY WHEN FROZEN. It stays cold almost all night especially if I cover it with a blanket to reduce the direct cold- it gets COLD, by the way, almost hard to touch directly. I usually thaw it for about ten minutes. But I HIGHLY recommend this, or any TheraIce products, to anyone.

Much better than an icepack
I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. It's super flexible and quite large to cover a significant portion of the body. I can't keep it in the freezer due to limited space, so it's best to freeze it when needed. One of its best features is that it doesn't wet the skin, even when frozen. Until now, I was using a regular ice pack, which was difficult to keep cold for an extended period and tended to leak. This product has resolved both issues.
