Like the bench, can't say how beyond TERRIBLE customer service and delivery were! Walmart responded right away as best they could but the 3rd party seller, horrible! You can't speak to an human at Federal Express. The delivery was over one week late! Up to the date it was actually delivered no one could say where it was. Found 2 scratched pieces while assembling.
