“Bed in a box” is a spring loaded mattress that is deflated and boxed. When it arrived, I thought they sent me the wrong thing. I was expecting a very large package. But it went from a small, lightweight box to a twin xl mattress in minutes. There's nothing inside of it but springs, so yeah, it moves with you. I think it is the perfect choice for my guest room. Inexpensive, lightweight, and easy to inflat by just opening the vacuum packed cover.
