It's not bad. I blend smoothies and put it in very last but only do a couple of pulses. Don't blend it for more than five seconds or it makes the smoothie way too frothy. But a couple of pulses makes it perfect and I've already noticed my hair being more shiny and thick and strong. It's only been four months.
