Gummy and they stick together but THEY WORK!

I have noticed my skin, hair and nails improve since I've been using these twice a day on a daily basis. They do kinda clump together in the bottom of the jar, I took the time to put them out in chunks and then separate them. there was enough of the "sugar" to shake them around and they didn't just re-stick to each other. they do have a unique flavor but it isn't unpleasant and they are VERY chewy, they are like they are the gummy cartlidge that's on really good BBQ ribs.but that's to be expected because that where collegen comes from, I don't get to have enough ribs and bone broth so I supplement with these and THEY WORK for me!

Spring Valley Collagen Gummies.

The Gummies are a little hard to chew, but the flavor is good a little hard to chew, but the flavor is good. I have recommended them to friends who have purchased them and seem to be satisfied. I will purchase them again and I do recommend them. I have recommended them to friends who have purchased them and seem to be satisfied. I will purchase them again and I do recommend them. My only problem was that they come stuck together, and I had to empty the whole jar and unstick them
