I ordered a 6 pack of these air purifying indoor plants and didn't think about the temperature outside for their delivery. I'm not sure how far they travelled to me but they survived and are doing great! It was 3 degrees when I came home to them in my package drop off box. They had been in there for several hours plus the time they had been exposed to the cold in shipping. I was truly surprised that they were ok! They are just as advertised and they came in excellent condition. I will definitely order from this company again.

I could not be more impressed with this company! My first time ordering, the plants arrived when the temperatures here in northern Michigan were -22°. Needless to say the plants and the soil were frozen, the leaves wilted and everything died i could not be more impressed with this company! I emailed the company and sent a picture of the plants, they responded the next day and sent out a new shipment of plants with heat packs inside and shipped two day priority mail without charging me anything extra. I had also mentioned in my email that my favorite Pothos plants were the marble and the silver Pothos and if they had any extra of those in lieu of just the plain green leaf ones that would be great. The company not only sent out new gorgeous plants immediately, but they sent me my favorites as well and all arrived very healthy!!! Their communication showed how much they care about their product and their clients and I could not be more impressed!
