Disappointing

I never actually received this item since FedEx delivered it to the wrong address. Creality decided to effectively call me a liar when I said I never received it, but thankfully Walmart customer service was able to refund me. I'm sure the product itself would have been at least halfway decent if I had ever received it, but now I guess I'll never know since I refuse to do any further business with Creality after the way they disrespected me.
