My Cocktail!

This tastes good in my peach sparkling water with a little extra stevia added, otherwise it's too salty for me. I do like it and it's refreshing. When I'm under the weather I'm not sure it really helps me physically but it sure does mentally. It's very expensive for my budget but I usually try to divide it in half and add it to my water- that way I stretch it out through the day. In this way I feel like l'm staying hydrated and I probably drink more with it than just plain water. I buy this as needed and recommend it!

I have tried different flavors of Liquid IV trying to find the ones I like the most and this is my favorite. The flavor is spot on, it is not over powering and perfect to sip on during the day even with meals. It also has zero sugar which I love. It is not too sweet , the flavor is incredibly similar to white peach juice with so many more benefits.
