People should pay attention to what they are buying. If you want a light vibration, don't choose a deep tissue massager! These are meant to use for extremely tight, painful muscles -works well for that! I have a herniated disk in my neck, which causes all kinds of pain from different movement, posture, even sleeping; almost understand people who abuse painkillers bc pain gets so bad to want something to make it go away! Nerve blockers are temp bandaid, which doesn't fix (neither would painkillers). My arms have also gone numb from the way nerves get pressed sometimes. Massager costs less than one doctor's appointment. Works tight muscles that strong guys hands have worn out trying to loosen up! (Haha "tough" guys; this has you beat!) As long as careful to not go directly on disk, -work affected muscles around it- this is a godsend! USB C plug cord enclosed -same as my cell phone and most rechargeable devices currently- can charge from any reg sized USB source. (There are inexpensive power banks and extention cords with several ports available if someone doesn't already have one -or several already- for USB charging plugs to connect to.) Once charged, powered on, press button increases power levels, also increases rate to drain charge. Incrementally shows 80 percent, etc, rather than exact charge percentage. Will power off about every 15 min -like a sleep timer- avoiding accidentally leaving on. Does not remember last setting, but easy to back to it. Also good timer to know how long you've been using. I usually use on less than level 10, for longer time until runs out: 45min-hour (Cannot use while charging up.) Weird effect: my nose vibrates and tickles when using on neck and shoulder muscles. 3 months now, mostly use ping pong sized attachment. THANK YOU for this!
