So far, it’s great! Assembly was relatively simple with only a couple of minor details left out of directions. I had to undo and redo the sides since it didn’t specify to put the little opening on the side of the burner switch but other than that it was better than most directions. The finished unit is very nice and looks far more expensive than what it is. You won’t be disappointed in the way it looks. I was a little concerned about the glass after reading a few reviews but we’ve run it a few times and no problems with the shield or blue glass rocks. You have to push in the gas button on the side at same time as pushing the igniter (clicks) and Go Slow on the gas. It doesn’t take much and you may have to practice a few times to get the hang of what your unit needs. I don’t know how they can even sell these things without the glass shield. It’s very nice and a must! I googled to find out how to use/not use the metal lid with glass. It said “Do not use metal on top of glass” so we put the metal lid aside to save for warmer days. Definitely a good value! Very happy with this choice!
