The case itself wasn't too bad. It wasn't intuitive to get it installed on the phone, but the directions which I didn't know were included, solved that issue. Where the wheels fell off was in the design on the holster. It uses a cockamamie clip-in system instead of a slide-in system. Try as I did, I could not get the phone out of the holster without having to unclip the holster and phone from my belt and using both hands. The phone goes into the holster with the screen facing out. No protection at all for the screen. With my old holster, the phone slid in vertically, with the screen facing in. The inside of the holster was lined with felt, and the phone slid in and out smoothly and easily, requiring no thought. It was fully operational using one hand, and could be done without looking. The belt clip on the Tashhar holster was mounted awkwardly low. It was difficult to put it on my belt without my palm touching the screen of my phone and making a hand print. The holster design of this product needs to be seriously rethought. I think part of the problem is that the holster is meant to work with many different phone models, all using a side clip to hold the phone securely in the product. A simpler design would allow the phone to slide in and out vertically using no cumbersome locking device, preferably with the screen facing in. I felt the vendor deserved to know why I returned their product so quickly.
