Card slot broken Printer doesn't print😭😭

The machine itself is a great quality except for the slot that you put the card in, which is damaged. There was a little spring that came out of there. I didn't think anything of it until I tried to print and it shuts off after it starts can you guys please help if you send me a new card slot or I don't know I started a return process, but I'd rather not have to return it and I don't even know where to return it because I thought it was through Walmart, but they said to contact you to make sure where to bring it.
