We warrant that all Company products will be free from defects in material and workmanship (the “Limited Warranty”) for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of original purchase (sales receipt is required for proof of purchase) or for the applicable minimum required warranty period in the location where the product is sold (the “Limited Warranty Period”). If any covered defect is discovered during the Limited Warranty Period, we will, at our sole option, repair, replace or refund the product at no cost to you. This is the sole and exclusive remedy available to you.
This Limited Warranty (i) applies only to single family use only for the original purchaser/gift recipient (with gift receipt) of the product, (ii) covers purchases solely from an authorized retailer or distributor, and (iii) is not transferable.

Very nice and sturdy. It's hard to tell the actual size from the picture. It's smaller than it looks which is fine for potty training BUT not good for a big 4 year old to go %232. The bowl is smaller than you'd think. Not deep enough for a toddler boys Pooh lol

Fantastic toilet with 2 minor flaws
This potty is great! My 2 year old LOVES it! She was skeptical at first to use it and just saw it as a fun play toy at first but she really warmed up to it and actually enjoys using it. We still aren't using it full time yet and she's still in pull ups but we are making progress with this toilet. The flushing sound is a hit each time and she's so proud of herself when she goes potty and then gets to flush it like the big toilet does. My only concerns about the design of this toilet is that my daughter has managed to pee between the bottom of the seat and the part that the seat sits on. The other flaw is that I wish it had suction cups on the bottom or some kind of non slip grip on the bottom so that each time my daughter tries to sit in it the toilet doesn't try to move out from under her. Other than that it's great!

The toilet is adorable, grandson is already totally interested in it even though he's only 10 months. Love that there's an area in the basin to store a diaper or wipes.
