I've been using Castrol for decades. Best oil on the market. I don't care what the manufacturer says change your synthetic every 5k. It's cheaper to spend a few hundred extra bucks over the lifetime of your car on oil than it is to replace the engine.

I did the research and have stories of over 25 years of use with no bad motor problems using Castrol GTX or Castrol edge or Valvolene so pick your motor oil wisely notice it's darkness this oil is dark don't let it get gritty or dirt in it

Im a delivery driver and this is only oil ive used in 2 years. Every 10,000 miles I change oil and filter on 2013 Mazda 5 . Ive put 105,000 miles on this vehicle in two years . my mileage is at 251,000 as of today no issues.
