Great invention, my boss recommended this to me and it works fine! I have a roommate that never closes the bathroom door so I installed these to make sure the door gets closed every time. (It did take some minor adjustment to the door frame, it's not exactly the same as a standard hinge.)

Great hinges, smooth and adjustable

Boy these are great! Bought for 1 bedroom door that kept slamming when shut half way. Now I can just let go of door and slowly closes. Easy to adjust you just put allen wrench in top slot turn and put in locking stick (included). So it very easy to adjust. I adjusted to soft close so it just shuts enough but open a crack. I can adjust in seconds if I want it tighter to close all the way but I like it just enough to pull 1" to shut.
