I am a medical assistant who is always on her feet. Never worked out and always ate out about 3-4x a week. With Lemme Burn, calorie deficit and walking 3-4x a week. Still deciding
I've been using burn for almost a month. My nutrition is in check, working out and do all the right things. With that being said I think it's says results could take up to 3 months? (I could be wrong) So definitely too early to say but willing to try it for another two months to see how it pans out. Just like everything else results are not overnight so I'm being patient.
