About this item

Product details

For the player who loves the performance of the Ovation Celebrity Collection, but is looking for a step up that is an inspiring thing of beauty, the Celebrity Standard Exotic is for you. The only thing "standard" is the traditional center soundhole design. This model features a stunning Koa top with a burst finish. Just like all Celebrity Standards, these guitars just feel right thanks to the effortlessly playable satin-finish neck, the 10" radius fretboard and the way the top responds. The center soundhole gives back clear and loud resonance thanks to scalloped-X bracing support. For live performance, the Celebrity Standard includes an Ovation Slimline pickup and OP-4BT preamp system with a three-band EQ and onboard tuner. A super shallow, Lyrachord® composite body is deep enough to offer warm low end, but shallow enough to play comfortably. When you want to create, write, play, or perform... the Celebrity Collection is ready and the exotic tops offer a variety of stunning finishes.

I strongly recommend this guitar.

The shipping was fast and the guitar was packaged well and arrived in perfect condition. It looks and sounds great, even if it WAS made in China. On'board tuning and the equalizer are very handy and useful. I have been unable to find anything wrong with this guitar. I am happy.
