Small neck hole

The colors are beautiful and as expected, however the material is not good. It's like the color was painted on or something. My daughter was fine with that so we kept it, but the neck hole is too small and after a few times wearing it she has decided it's just too hard to squish her head through so it's going in the donation pile.
