Worth buying 2 sets - knees and hands/wrists
The right width/size (other, cheaper options are too small to be useful for me), cushion and overall support is good for me. I use these in barre, yoga, or anytime I want knee or hand support - including gardening! No one needs to suffer the joint pains unnecessarily with these easy to use cushions. I bought 2 sets - one for home/travel and one to leave in my workout locker at the fitness gym.
