Heats quickly and the food is steamy hot. Easy to carry. Only had it for a couple of days, and used it 3 times, and it did it's job as advertised. Quality appears to be good comes with 2 cords ( one is for plugging into, your cigarette lighter) So far, there is no need for me to use the microwave at work when I want a hot lunch with a different taste of heat than from a microwave
