It's super soft and so cute! Other reviews say it's too thin, but it's a duvet COVER. It unzips so you can put a blanket inside. I do live in a hot climate and will probably use it without a blanket on 80-degree Fahrenheit nights. I've only had a couple of the "fuzzies" come off of it when getting hooked on something, otherwise, it's not shed at all.
