Dear Walmart and Sensational Representatives, Good afternoon. I received purchased wig today, but the color is not accurate. I ordered Light Ash Brown. The wig I received is gray. I need this item for an upcoming business meeting scheduled to occur later in the week, so I am requesting an immediate exchange or expedited replacement. Please advise on the next steps. Thank you. PS: Chestnut or Honey would suffice for an exchange. Note: I have been a loyal Walmart customer for an excess of 10 years. This is not the type of service that I am used to from your company.

About this review:Walmart fulfilled this order and the fulfillment issues were not the fault of the seller.
