Junk plus no customer service

The patio is cheaply made and comes with so many attachments that the overall structure is weak. The worst part is, we had a missing part and contacted customer service they jerked us around and till today I have one unusable chair. I asked for a return and did not hear nothing. I am going through Walmart and ask for a full refund. This company is a joke.

Udpatio/walmart sent a returned box to us as new furniture , seems like they didn't even check or open the box because everything was open , bolts all over the place and the information of the previous customer in it , I received the order on Thursday and right away called Walmart to issue my claim so far I still don't have an answer. Terrible service
