Very pretty and a good value

This Dragonfly light up wind chime is very pretty. I don't know why it's called a wind chime because it doesn't really make any noise and I didn't expect it to. I bought it for the solar lights that change colors. Works very well. It looked a little cheap right out of the box, but it lights up at night and is perfect. I have it hanging under a large tree in my front yard and it still gets enough sun to charge. It has gone through storms and is fine. It gets a little tangled, but all wind chimes do. I have another solar light in the backyard that is hummingbirds , so I thought the dragonflies would be nice. This set was also a good price. The best Ive seen and Ive looked alot.
