Now we have these straps, the branches of our artificial Christmas tree are safely strapped down and storing our tree is a breeze. It almost seems we have gained storage space. The straps are easy to use. They shorten or lengthen within their size range to fit whatever size easily. I fit each strap around the artificial Christmas tree, snapped in place and snugged it up for a perfect fit every time that hasn't let go. We've had this same artificial Christmas tree for years, and for years it has been an irritating and frustrating process getting the tree in and out of storage. The storage bag for the tree had to be spacious enough inside to allow the tree which gave it room for the branches to open. It took up unnecessary space and broken some of the smaller branches off. Now we strap the tree closed all three sections secured together in the bag and problem solved.
