Oh child! I read a lot of negative comments and this being a gift I was receiving it from a loved one then I’m sure putting it to use. So I got it unpacked and i read the instructions and I must say it’s not a bad product at all it crisped my chicken then steaks and potatoes and wouldn’t you know it the time after I made homemade pot pies and dessert. So this product gets a 5 star rating from me because it’s so highly under rated. You just need to read the directions slowly or cheat and go on YouTube like I did to watch a tutorial video. P.S. I’ll never make my homemade broccoli bacon and cheddar quiche in anything other than my air fryer ohhh how juicy it is and the crust still very crispy. 👍🏻🫶

having the presets labeled instead of pictures would have been nice. I can't tell what they are. also, a pamphlet or booklet with some cooking guidelines would be helpful instead of me just pushing buttons and hoping I've got the right one. not exactly what I was hoping for but am keeping it.

User manual does not match product

I am disappointed with the labeling of the buttons on the product versus how they are referenced in the user manual. For example, on the front of the product, you have buttons with pictures of different foods to select, but with each picture, there’s no words to describe it. You even have pictures for function keys, but no words , to explain that it IS a function key. In the user manual, if you search for an explanation of each picture for each button, you find nothing, at all. Without having the same picture in the user manual AND on the front of the product, how could anyone possibly know which button goes with which description in the user manual? The user manual must be updated to add each picture of the button next to the language describing it. Or, add language on the product under each picture describing its function. I like this product too much to return it, but it is a pain in the butt because of this issue.
