I haven't used it for normal use yet, but I built it and it seems very sturdy. Building the swing wasn't difficult at all, and I am not the most handy, the instructions were quite clear. The bottom bamboo textured wrap, was coming apart when i received it, but its nothing to put some crazy glue or hot glue to keep it in place. Just waiting to see if it'll last, I plan to use it a lot. Fyi I dont think the screws to the bottom are supposed to be tight, I tried every way and it still feels a little loose, but maybe because its made to feel a bit flexible, due to the nature of the function, which is a swing.
