Hi there! We recommend airing out a new rug for a few days. Leave your new rug in a well-ventilated space with your doors and windows open and frequently vacuum over the first few days. For a quicker fix, open your windows and place a fan where it can blow across your new rug. In a small space, consider a portable air filter to help with new rug odor removal.
