Six Star Pro Nutrition 100% Creatine Powder, Supports Muscles, Unflavored, 14.11 oz, 80 Servings

To capitalize on the power of creatine, you first need to saturate your muscle cells with creatine. Taking about 3g to 5g of Six Star Pro Nutrition 100% Unflavored Creatine per day should get you to your saturation point within 30 days. Alternatively, you can fast-forward the process in 5 days. During the loading phase, you supplement with 5g of creatine, 3 to 4 times a day, for 5 days in a row. Once you’ve reached your saturation point, you proceed to the maintenance phase, where you keep up your creatine levels with your regular 5g dose of creatine daily.
