Overall, this ring is a great concept. I just don't think the technology is there yet. It's an awesome concept, but the battery does not hold charge for more than a day after using this smart ring for three months. It does not want to connect and I do not believe it's very accurate in the sleep tracking or steps. It also left a white ring around my finger and not just a tan line.

Better than ringconn, nowhere near as good as Oura. Product support dropped the ball on helping me. In addition to that, the SpO2 reading was significantly off compared to the machine at my doctor's office, which happens to match the $5 cheap finger clip-on one I have. It accurately records sleep data maybe 75% of the time. I've been wearing this thing for a couple weeks now, and it tells me my pulse age will be ready in 4 days. It's been saying that for over a week. In addition to all of that, the lab testing, which is notably more expensive and less feature-rich than Hone, has no available locations anywhere near me, and I live in the second largest city of one of the top five most populated states in the US. The same was true when I tried to scroll over to Madison, Wisconsin and Chicago, Illinois for locations. Last but not least, first impressions were already off to a bad start when, right out of the box, they tried to upsell a $30 a year subscription that entitles you to apparently easier returns and discounted Pricing when you trade in your old ring? That's like going to a car dealer and having them try to sell you an add-on the same day you buy your car to make it easier to sell it back to them once you're tired of it. Then there is their $500 air monitor that complements this system, which is unable to detect directional blue light from a cell phone, and moreover is ultimately just a $75 air quality monitor that you could pick up for $75 without having it locked into a proprietary ecosystem. Oh, and don't get me started on how easily the cheap plastic finish scratches. So if you're actually the type of person who is interested in physical fitness and doing things outside, among others, just know that this is really more designed for somebody who lounges around the house all day and doesn't get their hands dirty.
