I purchased an XL size. I'm 5'8" tall and recently lost about 20lbs. I'm right at 200 lbs. I have long, thin legs with excess weight on my belly. The fabric is very comfy, and the stretch is very comfortable even at my waist. The waist does not roll. The faux pockets look nice. I've worn them 3 times without needing washing. I bought them for the warm fleece, which is very comfy. On the third, wearing the right thigh area began to pill up. The pills do not lift off so the integrity of the fabric would be compromised if I were to pull or cut off the pills. This is the only reason I have not rated them a straight five. I detest pilling. These are thin, not bulky. I could wear them layered with a long top ir under regular jeans. I will not wear them away from home. Even with the unsightly pilling, I would still recommend them just because of the great comfort and warmth.
