There is a binding used at the cuffs and hem that helps to maintain shape, keeping a tidy appearance. I would say if you are between sizes, size up- there isn't a lot of stretch to the material. These fleece 1/4 zip pullovers are warm, look nice, come in attractive colors, and the price for the 3 pack was extremely reasonable. I wish there were pockets, that's the only drawback. I have not experienced any pilling of the fabric, they hold up well to laundering. In cold weather, the stand-up collar works great to keep your neck warm.
