RUTAWZ LED Face Mask, 7-Color Light Display for Relaxing Skincare Routines

I got this mask on sale to try out. I am in my mid 40s and looking to keep my skin in the best possible shape moving forward. I also have TMJ, and was curious if the red light might help with pain for that condition. I have been using the mask for 15 minutes a day, about 5 days a week for 6 months and I definitely notice an overall difference. I have only used the red light option, and it has helped my skin look brighter, more even and healthier. I haven't had any patches of dry or oily skin (I struggled with both previously). There is no scent to the mask and it is very comfortable to wear for 10 or 15 minutes. I will say that others have tried it and found the red lights too harsh to keep on their face with their eyes open, so you might consider wearing this at a time when you can close your eyes and listen to a podcast of audiobook. This mask is easy to turn on and off, and the charge lasts for a very long time. I think I charge it every three weeks or so, as needed. My tips for using it are 1. Wipe it down after every use, even though your face should be clean when you put it on. 2. Use a timer to keep it on the appropriate time, because it does not have a built in timer. 3. Don't put oil or lotion on your face before wearing this, as that can potentially lessen the effects. 4. Consistency is key!

I just received this LED mask, have used once and am excited to continue use of. The light is soothing with my favorite feature being that it is rechargeable so you can put the mask on and get things done at the same time. HUGE bonus! Buy some rosehip oil as it works great for cell turnover and this is what you are working towards with a LED mask.
