Perfect Fruit Popsicles

I always read the bad reviews before ordering a product and I'm very happy I took what they said with a grain of salt and bought this silicone mold. It's wonderful and I will be ordering 3 more because they're that good. I typically have some leftover fruit that isn't eaten, and I end up throwing it away because it rots, so I thought I could make fruit popsicles to save some money. Let me just say that my watermelon and lime popsicles turned out beautifully. No instructions included, but it doesn't take an Einstein to figure it out. There was no separation or settling of ingredients that is typical of popsicle molds that stand upright and there was absolutely no leakage of ingredients from the stick hole as others have complained about, and believe me, there is nothing waterier and more liquid than pureed watermelon and lime juice. I suspect their mold leaked because they used a knife to puncture the stick holes, but why? From the inside of the mold just firmly push the popsicle stick through the marked slot and it pops right through. As for those who complained about the mold being "floppy," what silicone mold isn't? As with all silicone molds you need to place the mold on a sheet pan before filling and freezing/baking. The silicone overlay is just that, an overlay, not a lid. It appears that the overlay gives the top of the popsicle a smooth, flat appearance like the other side of the popsicle, and the silicone overlay lightly adheres to the silicone mold because silicone adheres to silicone Btw, I saved the box for storage to protect the mold. It doesn't take up that much more room than the mold itself. I think I might make some ice cream bars next time. I plan to press softened ice cream into the mold and when completely frozen I'll dip them in chocolate and maybe coat them with toasted chopped nuts.

These are very easy to use. Just put the sticks through the slit and add whatever liquid to the mold. They are wobbly so I put them on a small cutting board when I put them in the frezzer to stabilize them. They're easy to get out of the mold once frozen.

These were easy to use. I followed the suggestions and insights of other reviewers, and my popcicles came out nicely. They were well received. I'm looking forward to making healthy treats. I used 1 ½ cup frozen blackberries, a 15 oz can of full fat coconut milk and ¼ cup honey. For a cream-cicle, blend everything up and pour into 2 of these molds. The sticks go in and stay snug. The popsicles come out easily and were well shaped and smooth. I recommend this item
