Yummy ingredient coming your way!

We used the Simply Asia Bang Bang seasoning in two dishes: 1) I seasoned chicken that I then pan fried and added to alfredo sauce to make a scrumptious Chicken Alfredo. It gave the protein a nice little kick and depth of flavor. My husband and myself enjoyed it greatly. 2) I made a shrimp piccata by adding a generous amount of Bang Bang seasoning to the sauce before tossing in the shrimp and noodles. It was heavenly, just the right amount of spice which gave the creamy sauce a spicy heat that was so amazing with the shrimp and noodles. Sometimes this dish can be a bit oily and heavy but I found the bang bang seasoning relieved that issue by providing a spiciness to take away the heaviness.

I haven't cooked a full dish with this seasoning yet but I've tasted it and used it on veggies and am quite happy with the flavor and somewhat moderate heat level. Looking forward to using it on chicken breasts and shrimp soon.

Tasty

This is a flavor bomb! There is a bit of a kick, but nothing that would deter those who don't like much heat, and it doesn't overpower the other flavors, it just enhances them. There's a great ginger flavor and a hint of garlic as well. This really compliments shrimp and chicken, but I also tried it on some roasted potatoes and that was also fantastic! This has become a spice with a permanent spot on my spice rack for sure!
