I would hardly call it a blanket since it is only half as big a previous blankets I own. It is supposed to be electric but it is USB powered and barely heats up. I actually bought 2 of these, one for a gift and one for me. They both had a loose wire attached to the USB Port(see below) and the only instructions were in Chinese. The gift one was outside the return window but I did get a refund from the newer one

What is this???
This item came with bare wires and instructions only in some Asian language. I think the customer is expected to attach the wires to the blanket and whatever source of power you would be using. There was no standard US 120v plug on it and again no usable instructions. I returned it. It also said it was a full size but it wasn't even large enough for a single US bed.
