this thing is amazing !! you can steam entire meals for full families and still have leftovers. All three tiers hold a huge amount of steaming space my new favorite way to do all of my extra meal prep of cooked ingredients. this thing works quickly and it is a beast for meal prep for noodles,rice and any and all steamed vegetables, potatoes, fish Etc, and everything can cook all at once with its 3 huge capacity trays. This thing can Steam an enormous amount of vegetables to perfection while keeping them perfectly crispy every time! So I got this to steam cauliflower so I could make a fake alfredo sauce using cauliflower and let me tell you what it really tasted like Alfredo sauce and it's just cauliflower vegetable broth and garlic and parmesan cheese and Bam you have a fake alfredo sauce that's a little healthier and I couldn't have made it without my three tier steamer so far I've only used one tear but I got plans I got big plans like three tier plans I'm just not there yet
