Solid quality, survived knife cuts and bbq sauce!

My family used these to serve up some big roasts over the Christmas holiday, and they held up so well! We cut a tenderloin directly on the large plates instead of on a cutting board and drizzled sauce all over the top, no drippage or feeling of wetness on the bottom and the plate didn't fold under the weight.
