Phone was brand new in box and was unlocked to any carrier as promised. The downside to this is that the Android software has to be updated manually - it comes with Android 11 as default and since it is carrier unlocked, auto updates are disabled. Otherwise, the seller knew the assignment and executed their responsibility beautifully.

I live on a very tight budget limited income so being able to buy repaired refurbished phones and other items like that as long as they are repaired all the way and there's not like little cracks in the motherboard and and things that you can't tell cuz they're intermittent problems and people dropping them I mean we've had good luck with these and they work fine I got one before from another source that was refurbished and it had some issues still so I do I do understand that that can happen but these have been fine and they work wonders if can be happier for the price I mean I mean for $90 way better we've been getting free government phones that are pieces of trash battery life yeah you charge it to 100% and half an hour later it's at 4% and you haven't even used it that kind of stuff cheap phones they break first time you drop them I mean this is a nice well-made phone that cost a lot more when it was new and now that I got it at a refurbished price I got a phone that's way better for about the same that they want to ask for me to pay for one of these cheap government phones so we couldn't be happier and I will continue to look at the refurbished items and Shop there because we had a wonderful experience thank you very much
