I was looking for a reasonably priced android and this one is perfect. Unfortunately, I dropped it and it had to be replaced. I liked it so much that I bought the same phone again! It have eveything thaat I needed...good camera, battery, sound,screen...perfect for me!

I initially tried ordering this phone twice from one reseller, but the order was almost immediately cancelled for "unknown reasons". I requested further details from the seller, and was told it would be 2 days - I waited 3 days, but got NO response. I managed to find this from another seller and tried 2 more times, and again it was almost immediately cancelled "for unknown reasons" without further explanation. When I went to my local store to try ordering it in person, I was told they don't carry that there, and they have NO access to what is listed on their website, and was referred to their help line. When I called the help line, I was ultimately told that it appears to have been blocked by my card for "unusual activity" even though I had no balance on my card. They sent a request to their tech dept to make a correction. After waiting the requested time, (about 30m to 1h) I was able to order the phone. It arrived timely, and it was relatively straight forward to set up. I just transferred my SIM chip to the new phone and followed the prompts after downloading a Sync app to my old phone (which was functional but only had damaged charge port). The 2 phones connected and the transfer began. Even my home screen was set up exactly like my old phone.
