I fractured back several years ago . My back has a part that sticks out and hurts me when I sit . This product makes sitting so much better. I used it for the first time when going out to eat. I enjoyed it so much. For the first time since fracturing my back, I was able to sit down and enjoy everything. The straps make it easy to carry too. I'm very happy with the purchase.
