So far I LOVE my chair. I like the way I can set the massage for 15, 30 or 60 minutes. I always select 60, kick back and I fall asleep before it turns off. I love my nap time 🥱😴. I haven't tried the heat but I'm pretty sure I'll be using it this week 🥶.

Rocking and Rolling out of the chair

I replaced another recliner that has the chair lift, I really miss that in this chair also its very difficult pushing the feet down. once I have the foot part down I have to use a cane to push it in to lock it. I'm not strong enough to push my legs down to lock the leg lift. I am 5 ft 11 inches tall and I have no trouble sitting in this chair at this height, I would not recommend it for a shorter person it's very comfortable the manual reclining mechanism is a handle pull on the right side of the chair seat that lifts yours legs up with an unusual force very unexpected. there are 2 cup holders and 4 pockets for storage. The chair does come unassembled we did not have the owner's manual in the package so we had trouble putting it together but once we got the instructions via email we were able to make corrections. The customer service was amazing and stayed in contact with us to make sure we were satisfied. This chair does rock back and forth, we ended up using heavy duty zip ties to lock it in position so I could get my feet down to the floor to lock the leg lift down so I can stand up, the chair kept rocking/moving under me, it was very uncomfortable trying to get up without pulling my back out. We have decided to keep the chair once we secured the rocker with the heavy duty zip ties it is what I needed for the place that I have it in my home. Make sure you want a rocker before buying this chair.

Chair seems pretty cheap, I guess you get what you pay for, I wouldn't recommend this chair. Spend a little more money and get a name brand. Shipping was a bit much also.
