Instructions

We recommend that you keep your dog in ideal body condition and not allow your dog to become overweight. The exact amount of food your dog requires will need to be adjusted according to age, activity and environment. But a good place to start is with these guidelines for an average, active, adult dog fed once daily. MAKING THE SWITCH TO PRO PLAN Although you’ll be anxious to see the difference Pro Plan can make in your dog, please allow 7 - 10 days to ease the transition from your dog’s current food. Each day, simply feed a little less of the previous food and a little more Pro Plan until you’re feeding Pro Plan exclusively. This gradual transition will help avoid dietary upsets. Contains a source of live (viable) naturally occurring microorganisms. Provide adequate fresh water in a clean container daily. For your pet’s health, see your veterinarian regularly.

for dogs with severe allergies to chicken

my babies are allergic to chicken, which in some form or another, chicken is in nearly all dog food brands. This is the only one I've found (after 13 years) that does not have chicken in it. Please keep the chicken out of it. The plus is they love it! The only drawback is the price. I've had to pull from my grocery money to buy this food for Tater %26 Tot. Just bought a second bag,

Improved my dog's skin

After 10 years of mixed protein blends of dog food my dog started showing skin issues. Turns out he had developed an allergy to poultry. This is the only commercial diet with salmon as the only protein and as a small bite and he loves it. My other dog is now on the same diet but the larger kibble. I highly recommend making the switch if your pet has food allergies. Softer coat and no more issues. He has been on this diet for little over a year now!
