Mainstays 12 Cup Glass Replacement Carafe

I had a Mr. Coffee that worked fine until it didn't. It sprung a leak in the side and water came pouring out. I really hated the thought of buying another since the mechanical part worked fine. I was so pleased to find a replacement put and bought it, not knowing whether it would work or not. It arrived on my porch the next day. I unpacked it, washed it out and filled it and I had coffee. Interestingly enough, the pot that came with the coffeemaker would spill over unless I held it a certain way. This pot has no such problem. I am more than pleased. Very reasonable price, next door delivery and I'm back in business.....who could ask for more?

I bought this to replace my Black %26 Decker coffee maker brought about 2011-2013. As soon as it arrived I tried it out bcoz a lot of reviews talk about problems with replacement carafes being too short or tall. The width is a touch different but it works just fine! The photo is just after making coffee with the new replacement carafe. The only suggestion I have is to fill water a litte over your actual cup u choose to get the full amount. b%26d had theirs marked so this would happen, mainstays doesn't.
