pleasantly surprised at tge performance of this machine. great value for the price. brews coffee fast and hot! holds coffee hot. Cons i have noticed that the inside grounds basket sometimes works up and doesnt make pressure contact allowing brewed liquid to drain in pot. this has cause an overflow problem 3 times since i started using this machine. otherwise,great little coffee maker

I had a 5 cup one and I only use it to make a canister for iced coffee. had to refill and use 4 times to fill canister for fridge. this one is once. I knew the other one was not a real coffee cup 5 servings. the 12 cup rocks.. it was $ 9.99 for the stupid 5 cups and $15.00 bucks for the 12 cup. No comparison ...12 cup one rocks for icedcoffee
