Great-tasting organic water-processed decaf

Organic, no toxins, low acidity, great aroma, and delicious medium-roast taste; what's not to like? Pleasantly surprised and gratified I hadn't wasted 24 bucks. I really like this water-processed decaf coffee, the best-tasting decaf I've ever had. FYI: I make 32 oz at a time, using a level half cup of the grounds, in a drip-through carafe, with a pre-wet brown paper filter. I like it sweetened with liquid monk fruit extract ("NOW" brand) about 5 drops. Very complementary taste combination. Bean folks: I could wish for just one more thing: 3rd party testing for mold/mycotoxins, as I fight systemic inflammation and am trying to eliminate every possible trigger.
