BROKEN SCREEN UPON ARRIVAL

recieved phone in the mail yesterday i was excited to get this at 1st but when it came i was extremely livid i ordered the white model of the phone and got the granite version it was an extre 5 bucks to get a different color so i got charged extra for a white phone wnd it was not white im mad and it was definitely not the version/color i ordered then i went to power it on and it wouldnt turn on i thought maybe battery is dead so charged it for a bit went to turn it on and i think there is some internal damage OF SOME SORT because the screen was all pixelated plus there was alot of scratch marks on the sides of the phone on top of thet it wasnt even the proper charger base and it was some off brand junk so i took it to walmart and sent it back DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PHONE SUPPLIER so im just back to using my old A51 once i receive my refund ill buy a phone from a more reliable business
