These shorts fit really well. I purchased an 8 and to me, they seem pretty true to fit with some stretch. The material feels durable. We'll see how they hold up to a busy, garden center season. I am amazed with all of the pockets!! Best feature is the hip loop for a walkie talkie. I love the utilitarian style of these shorts. I came back to buy a pair in all of the colors.
